Sweetwaters is an American Bistro located in the heart of Burlington, on the corner of College and Church Streets on the charming Church Street Marketplace. With an unique twist on favorite foods using local ingredients, Sweetwaters has been a Vermont favorite for 40 years. Sweetwaters offers limited indoor dining, extensive dog-friendly patio seating as well as to-go. Featuring 30 local draft beers, an extensive list of local canned beers and ciders as well as distilled spirits, makes Sweetwaters the perfect choice for cocktails and appetizers.
Architecturally interesting, Sweetwaters is housed in what was the original site of the Burlington Trust Company. Built in the 1880s, the building retains its original mouldings, cornerstone, clock and architectural appointments.
