Fiddlehead Brewing Company has been named Brewbound’s 2022 Craft Brewery of the Year. 

The Shelburne, VT brewery opened its doors on December 31, 2011. Fiddlehead Brewing Company is now one of the 50 largest craft breweries in the nation. Fiddlehead vaulted into the top 50 by bucking trends with a simplified playbook focusing on Vermont’s best selling brand, Fiddlehead IPA with a draft forward approach. 

Fiddlehead is on pace for another year of meteoric growth. After increasing sales by 85% in 2021, Fiddlehead is projected to increase sales for the 2022 calendar year by 45%. Year to date, distributor depletions are up 51% and forecasted to sell over 1 million cases. 

Fiddlehead Brewing Company is the largest Vermont owned brewery and produces 100% of their beer in Shelburne. Additionally, Fiddlehead requires cold storage from brewery to the final sale ensuring a fresh, quality product.
