On ARRIVAL: Prepare your palate and enjoy a traditional Stange glass of our Kölsch-style Dent Head.
COURSE 1: Miso Marinated Mushrooms - Plymouth Truffle Cheddar, Charred Onion Soubise. Paired with our Smoak Piwo Grodziskie.
COURSE 2: Butter Poached Lobster - Fra Diavolo Sauce, Cauliflower, Cara Cara Orange. Paired with our German Pilsner.
COURSE 3: Raven’s Share Glazed Short Rib - Cocoa, Mint Peas, Carrot Gremolata. Paired with our Black IPA Pneuma.
COURSE 4: Chocolate Stout Cake with Black Flannel Distilling’s Heavy Base Whiskey Caramel. Paired with our Black Gold Whiskey Barrel Aged Ravens Share
